I'm looking for 2 grease cylinder on my Detwiler Jackplate. Could't find any place to buy parts, new , used, or rebuilted?

I'm looking for 2 grease cylinder for my old Detwiler, it looks like since they've been sale, parts are hard to find.

Anybody know where i could buy parts new, rebuild or used ???
