Positive to positive. check the total circuit as well, meaning from battery to the loads, then narrow it down by battery circuit protection battery to switch, etc, this way you can find the exact...
The key to good life is not consistently discharge down to 50 percent or lower as it will reduce their life span to less than two years.
now do the same test on the power side. .0? is not an issue with circuit loaded. Would need to be more than .5 volts to be a problem
after testind the power side add the 2 together for total drop,...
Note the yellow circle, bullet connects 2 gray wires?
Customer got terminator from the A, no color markings, just noticed pin locations are different, I will find a mercury one for it.

No cable to front of boat, terminator lower left, vvm lower right in first picture.
Notice the second pic. gray wire and brown/white spiral stripe wire connected to the diag port? Not connected to...

Is the seal in place and good that goes on top of the high-pressure pump that seals it to the vst top for the fuel outlet?
Connected to the diagnostic connector, the other ends no connected!
This is the same motor in the post about no RPM reading on the vessel view mobile.

All other data is availble, Diacom shows no faults and RPM, bad unit maybe?
Factoy analog tach is erratic and very false RPM with motor running, using the...
2004 Cougar, I see no access to remove the shift assy. Looks like I need to cut a larger access hole where the LiveWell control panel is, my 02 cougar is all open in that area.

1. test battery SOC and condition
2. voltage drop from battery positive to power point on motor
3. drop test form battery to a good to motor block and starter case
Battery post not the connector...
Here is a guide line for you, note the twisted pairs, very important for clean power.
No duplex wiring please unless it is prefabbed twisted, 3 to 5 twists per foot.

The Fury 4 will soon become a badly out of balance Fury 3:laugh:
I am not guessing, battery bad or insufficient for the job or both.

2 screws hold a stainless clamp Brackett in place that retains both lines ( 5/32 hex Allen head)
Then line are pushed into the rails, the O-rings seal that connection, they will be stuck in there,...
Looks to me like 2 problems, Down scan overlay set way to high and surface cluter setting to low
How do you know it was an low alarm?
Thermoset stuck open, idle for 5 minutes without reaching 120 degrees will set a code and a 4 beep alarm.
Scan computer fault history will confirm if this was the case.
Got to those temps, cold...
Not for a bass boat, that is bare minimum, no electronics, LiveWell's ets. REcomend 950 CCA and 185 minutes reserve capicity at least. Some guys with larger and more graphs need even more
