If the Tundra is in decent shape and paid off, then keep it. The old Tundras are some ofthe most dependable trucks ever built.
Just shut up and ram it home.

For trucks with that much mileage, the only truck I would consider is a Gen 2 Tundra.
Professionals will charge a lot more than a $1,000 to cut down and haul it away. This one looks like $3,000 to $5,000 to remove it.
