Agree - at the very least, I hug the left edge of the lane I'm in if there are no other options.
I've seen too many close calls with breakdowns on the shoulder where the driver/passengers are...
Pike aren't very finicky, and they hit like a freight train - you don't need a stick with a lot of sensitivity and you'll know when they bite. So multi-piece rods for pike are less of a concern than...

I've only seen the trailers. Conor McDouchebag is casted as the douchebag. Looks perfect.

Would be interesting to drop a camera down there and take a look at it.
With my luck, I'd probably snag the camera on it and lose the whole works.
Article stated "... suspended from all MLF tournaments for at least one year."
Regardless, seems waaay too light of a "punishment". Admittedly planning to break a rule that could easily have...
That was my thought as well - must be the angle of the camera.
:praying: Prayers to those who were on the bridge. Right away I thought of the I-35W bridge collapse here back in '07. Terrible...
That's a great tip to prevent backlash propagating down deep into the spool while learning!
I might try that for back-handed skipping practice. I do ok on my forehand, but the backhand is no Bueno.
This post reminded me... last year, a wheel was off one of our garbage cans after garbage day pickup. I called the garbage co. and they said "Leave the can out at the road and we'll have someone come...
'Suppose that dog snuggles up on the bed with it's owner at night? If so, better be a King Size bed!

Never underestimate the stupidity of suburban or rural drivers.
Dibs on "BBC Corporate Jet".
There, now I'm set for life. Maybe with enough violators, I will be able to buy my own jet (after deducting lawyer fees to defend my trademark, obviously).
If law enforcement was (will be) involved, writing citations/filing charges to the driver, I'd guess driver's insurance could deny any claims by the driver - but I'm no insurance expert. No doubt...

So, what happened? Curious anytime someone mentions water and electricity in the same sentence. lol
My son is getting into blacksmithing, and I picked up a small (50lb?) used anvil from an auction that we mounted to a tree trunk. Even that small one was close to $50. Full-sized ones are insanely...

I bet spit lock is extremely handy in a headwind!

No surprise that golf (at a pro tournament level) would prohibit most any tech. It's a game that's over 600 years old, rooted in tradition.
Thank the lord they allowed women to play, or else we'd...
I second the high-bay lights! Have some in a pole building and in my garage (11' ceiling). 8' ceiling might be a bit low to get full benefit, but they are so bright there are very few dark spots.
Ditto!
I've worked with some excellent, highly educated Engineering Managers who would say "I seen it" - sometimes in all-employee meetings, and during regulatory audits. Always made me
