I was going to double check all this today, and will. I suppose there's a chance that a loose connection coincided with the update, though it'd be a heck of a coincidence.

If you mean did I set the source on everything to where I wanted it to come from, yes. Everything shows up on the network tab, there's just no imaging in SI or DI, and the Temp...

Geez...I got everything in there but that...

The front (DI, CHO unit) is not seeing SI or DI on from the rear transducer.

I'm also seeing the "Temp 2 source lost" message frequently.

Update to 2.110 done scrupulously to instructions via FishSmart Ap on new iPhone XR.

Units were communicating and sharing info and transducers via standard network prior to update.

Installed both new transducers in the same places, and at the same angles as the old ones...nailed it on the first run. I have SI (no detail), DI, to 37 MPH, 2D as fast as I ran today.

The old transducer, under the 12" G2N, showed up as a choice for 2D.

This may be different, we'll find out once I get the 2nd unit installed and I put it in the water later this week.

So...no joy here, either.

The transducer is clearly working (I can hear, and feel it clicking), but it's still not showing up on the networking screen:

I just replaced my two year old Helix 12 MEGA SI G2N with a G3N model...There's some interesting upgrades, and the timing is good.

Almost exactly the same as the CMV (I have an 1850). Of course with a dozen years or so of technology updates and refinement. I'm pretty excited about it!

This wouldn't be the first time updates fixed things that weren't listed.

I'm OK with that, but am still disappointed in HB's lack of response for weeks on the issue. Usually they are all over...

Installed 1.460 on both the Helix 10 and the Helix 12...so far. we're 3 for 3: Started up the whole system 3 times, have been able to see SI on the Helix 10 DI every time.

Thanks - I don't have a master switch...have never seen the need for one...but maybe I do.

How do you power up the network box by itself? it doesn't even have an on/off switch?

On my system, it is always powered.

The new G2N units are supposed to be able to display both...my 10 DI will show SI...but not all the time.

Feels a lot like a software issue....
