I have a 2000 225 Optimax, serial OT136125. About 2 months ago, the tilt switch at the outboard was stuck and it made the outboard go down constantly without me touching anything....

Can anyone please tell me what's the torque for the idler tensioner as in the picture? Is it 75 in/lbs? That barely holds the bolt in place.
