66 with a 24" prop is all it's going to do unless you have the prop worked. To get more speed you would need to be able to turn a 25" prop close to the same rpm's as that 24" raker.

Most SS props are cupped at casting not added later. Look at the trailing side of the blade that indentation is cup.
mercury doesn't add for cupping in SS props

If your still running the 24" raker you have 12% slip which is good. Try dropping it 1/4" and test it. You may find that the cup added to the raker isn't really helping it. Don't be afraid to try the...
