Hi I just reported with a new to me etec 200 ho that came with a m1 lower unit. What prop would work with that setup? And what speed could I expect?

I know compression should be within 10% of each other but on average for a pro 200 what should the compression be?

yes they should be even but what would a fresh 200s compression be on average

It sure is a shame gov has to put there hands in everything two stroke technology is by far the best,thats why we have used them for so long.Wait til people get a bill for rebuilding one of those...

Hi everyone my cousin has a 1996 200 venom and has spun five prop hubs and had to replace three lower units in a short time of couple months. It was a new motor to him any ideas what could cause this?

the prop has pressed in hub, is the spline the same on the two motors ?
