I measured 16.5" to pad and 12.5" to nose cone, not sure if Im measuring correctly just measuring from garage floor up

Pretty much a full tank of gas and full livewell,tournament load. I will measure distance from shaft too pad and I can throw rooster tail over motor but I usually back off to get it to run 70
