Fair enough.
Can anyone tell me the difference between the new Met DC vs the previous generation? I know the 24 is smaller, but what did they change? I’m mostly a Daiwa guy and looking to branch out.
I know it might be an outlier, but the Steez Moving Bait Versatile would be a good choice.
I think the Curado you mentioned might be your best option. I have zero knowledge of fishing for stripers, but that would be my choice.

Gary, I am gonna go broke lol! Oh man!
Depending on distance or what your preference is, I would also consider the Tequila Baccarac.
I’ll be honest, I started out as a budget angler and lived in that $150-$250 range for a long time. Had a couple Tatula Elite AGS rods, but after a while I gave up on them. But lately, I’ve grown to...

Im not Gary, but I would not use it for spinnerbaits, the 73MH would be my choice. Glass and spinnerbaits do not mix imo. Chatterbaits are a completely different bait.
I cannot answer that, haven't fished a Rebellion rod. I know they are using the Flexlite technology in their glass models. I will say, I am not a huge glass fan by any means but that 6'10MH has me...
I got the chance to handle a few rods today, my favorite of the bunch was the 7'6H. I was really impressed by the 7'3H glass and 6'10MH glass, they are soft but not overally soft like a traditional...
I am excited about these! I can think of a couple models I'd like to try!
Hey Joe!
Yes, I can. I hope you have enjoyed following along and gathered some good info.

Yes, the name is misleading because it really has a lot more power than one might be looking for unless you want a bottom contact rod or smaller spinnerbaits. I feel in love with it because of its...

Stick with the Zillion, no need to go higher than that. It’s an excellent reel and really hard to beat.
Those are good thoughts. It makes a killer senko reel, I will say that. Might have to grab an extra zillion spool.
I have a Steez SV 1012 8:1 which is a JDM reel and I’m struggling to find a purpose for this reel. The spool is shallower. Thoughts?
It’s my Jerkbait reel, it’s an excellent choice. You’ll love it.
