Happens to just about every company sooner or later.
I'm from Trey's area of southern IL and that part of IL really doesn't have any accent, twang or otherwise. About as neutral as you can get.

I too have a red/green color deficiency but I can use the amber or the green. The blue seems to mess with my eyes sometimes.
