The inside portion of the seats are Velcro. Just grab them and give them a tug. You will be able to access the bolts underneath once the center parts are removed.

I agree the reason I did mine is Wichibass said it works. I don't doubt it at all or I wouldn't have bothered. I am only trying to give some additional feedback.

5/8" marine grade fuel hose. Bought long piece and coupled them together.
