Thanks guys
I'm sorry if this has been discussed before. I'd be surprised if it wasn't. But, I'm looking for the part number for a Springfield post for a '93 Ranger 372. I know they come in different lengths...
Found the silver disk. Thank you
Can anyone tell me the location of the serial number on a
1993 XR6 150 hp motor. I've looked everywhere I can think it would be. Thanks in advance.
If this is already on here somewhere I apologize, I can't find anything. I have a 2018 Z175 trailer that I need to replace a tail light. It's a oval shaped sealed light that has the tail light, brake...
Thanks so much gentleman. That really helps.
Oops, I guess I did figure it out!
In my opinion, the Ranger 300 series boats are the best. I wish I could figure out how to add a picture of mine.
That post didn't read right. Did you put them on yourself?
twitch, did you put the fixed ones up front? That was where I thought I would put one on each side, but I can't get to that spot from inside my rod boxes. How did you do it?
Thank you
paulrodbender, that's a great idea. Did you add any other cleats on the gunnels towards the bow, or do you just use the one in the middle front?
Thanks texag87, that's what I'm looking for. Do you also have cleats on the gunnels toward the bow of your boat? If so, I'd love to see where those are located.
I have a '93 372V that has the recoil type ropes on the port and starboard back and one centered on the bow. I assume that is where the factory typically installed them.
They're nearly 30 years old...
Do I also need to drain the tank on the motor? Do I need to do anything special to make sure the oil is flowing properly?
I have a '93 XR6 150 hp that I bought about 2 years ago. I haven't used the boat that much, but at the time I purchased it the reservoir was about a half full. Now it's getting low and I need some...
Yep, Im not sure why you're not getting a response. Kevin is the owner there and I've talked to him a number of times about a number of things related to Ranger. His Dad work at Ranger back in the...
Metalogic that is!
Did you contact Metallic? They will set up up. They made them for Ranger.
I think with the number of older boats out there that have these anchor reins on them, there would be a bunch of interest. I know I'd definitely watch it.
Is this process something that can be described and posted so we all can try and rebuild ours?
2 of the 3 I have don't work. I don't know if it's possible, but it would be nice if you could describe the process and maybe it could be posted under the maintenance sticky.
I do have a '93 catalog. Send me a private message with your phone number and I'll text you whatever you need.
That sounds like a better idea.
I have a '93 372V that I installed a trolling motor foot pan over last winter. In the process I had no choice but to cut into my front livewell. Now I figure I might as well make it a dry...
