I was thinking about going this way, me and my partner thought about taking the wives and making a mini vacation out of it.
Happy Thanksgiving!!
Looks like we are using the Canal Bridge boat ramp off of James Ave. I'm used to the Yadkin chain of lakes so this will be a whole new experience for me.
Hey Guys,
Our bass club voted to have our yearly 2-day tournament at lake James this year. Never been on the lake and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for accommodations that are...
I've been wanting some type of storage/glove box in my Z18 for glasses, wallet etc. that was easily accessible. I've looked at the Grind5 boxes on Facebook but I was worried the added height would...
I'm not sure if it was the auto bilge, there wasn't that much water when I pulled the plug. Cooler plug was in, I'm going to try and take it out this week just to see if it happens again. I was...
Thanks Andre, I see what you are talking about now. One more question, does the water from the overflow go into the bilge? The reason I ask, my automatic bilge pump kicked on a couple of times...
Hey guys!
I have a 2021 Z18 and I have a few questions about the livewell. When I'm using the livewell, I close the flowrite drain and fill the livewell, then turn the aerator pump to auto. I've...
^ What they said!
Congrats on the new boat! When I picked up my Z18 in November I noticed a vibration from the trailer around 70mph on the way home. But since then it has smoothed out and I don't notice any vibration....
Thanks! Looks like my next project.
That looks great! How did you cut the slot? I would like to do the same thing but I'm nervous about cutting into fiberglass.
I have the EFX steps and couldn't be happier. I'm 6'1" 255 lbs and feel very safe getting in and out of the boat with these.
Hey munchie! I sent you a pm checking on some dates in October to rent your trailer.
I ordered mine and they said 6-8 weeks, took close to 9. I picked it up last month.
I just bought these to move my Nitro Z18, they work great. Well worth the money.
Anyone know the winning weight?
I have the boat efx steps, they work great. These bolt to the winch post and are very well built. The powder coating matches my trailer and it makes it so much easy loading and unloading. I checked a...
As far as steps I went with Boat EFX steps, very solid built steps. I'm 6'1", 255 lbs with couple of worn out knees and these are perfect, I feel so much safer getting in and out of the boat. The...
I put mine under the front axle, made moving it around a breeze.
I just bought a Z18 with tandem axle and bought 2 of the harbor freight wheel dollies for the front axle. Moving it is a breeze. I have to angle it in my garage and they work great....
That's what I was thinking.
What type of screw did you use? I assume I would be drilling into fiberglass?
Good point, I didn't think about that. This is the first boat I've owned with the recessed tray, on the other bass boats I've owned the foot pedal was on the deck, so we always put a couple of screws...
Hey Guys,
I finally picked up my 2021 Z18 Friday and have a quick question. The foot pedal for my trolling motor is loose in the recessed tray, can I screw it down without hitting any wires...
