I use the lowrance totalscan transducer and mine is setup the same as above and I get readings on plane but wot images are not great. Anything under 25mph looks good.
I run my 19p on my 90hp fourstroke and sit at around 5700 at 44mph with guesstimate 1200# weight for what it’s worth. Personally I think 17p will have your rpm too high.

I have it on mine and it’s skimming the water on plane about 1/4” below pad. I don’t get a clear reading at wot but I get a nice picture at around 25 mph or less.
Yeah it made a huge difference. You should see close to or even over 50 mph with the 115, but probably the pro xs 115.
Thanks! The 90 does good on it but I’d get the 115 pro xs if you can. The boat was priced out with the 90 at the time and it was a price I could do but even with the 90 it’s actually more than good...

Yes, if I were to order it how I wanted today I would go with the Merc 115 Proxs and ultrex up front and if I had the money I would go with lithium batteries to lighten the load in the rear.

I have my 90(4 stroke) on the second hole and was only getting 39 with the stock 19p black max. Went to the 19p X7 and hit 45.
Heartbreaking. Don't even know what to say. Prayers for their family.
