It does not work.

Looks like it needs brushes and seals

Has anyone rebuilt their trolling motor?

How hard was it?

Took another look at the lower unit with the old gasket in it
Looks like it is weeping oil a bit

I bough 4 new gaskets and will change the oil this weekend

I just bought a used boat

To my concern when I checked the lower unit oil, water came out (yikes)

I noticed a torn washer on the lower plug

i have these to trade

looking for an aluminum mold for drop shot worms
