C-map website shows compatibility with "Onyx" and Ion. nothing about solix or helix. anybody been able to get them to work?
I am seeing the same issue. i have ordered 10 gauge wire to replace the 12 gauge dedicated supplies i currently have in hopes that will solve the issue. has anyone contacted Hbird tech support to see...
My apologies, 1B887566 is the serial number i think. yes it is leaking thru the seal on the shock rod end of the cylinder.
Does anybody know the seal part numbers for the tilt cylinder piston and rod? rebuild kit cost $400. looks like they conveniently obsoleted the cheaper seal kit. any help greatly appreciated.
thanks for the info!
anyone know exactly what needs to be purchased to hook my pro xs to my solix units?
what kind of numbers are you seeing? thought about going suzuki on my 21HP.
i see them either moving the tournament closer to HQ for logistics reasons or not doing them at all.
i have a 12 21hp elite. it rides terrible and is much slower than my 01 tr21 i used to have.
they didnt mention anything about a new contract with paris landing so could possibly be moved closer to HQ. The lady that was planning them is leaving or has left the company and replaced by a new...
unit is on its way back to hbird. hopefully they can fix it or send me a new unit.
Trying to network my 12SI to 12 sonar/gps. IP address shows 0.0.0.0. have tried new ethernet cable and same thing. hooked both units to a friends helix and the SI unit wouldn’t show ip address but...
absolutely. this is the way they should do business. if they did simple testing on these units, they would know there is a problem. seriously, its a depth finder. power it on, make sure it READS...
correct me if im wrong, but, if you pull your unit out of the box with all factory settings intact, it should at the very least, read depth. basic functions should work. its something with the unit....
Cant say that i blame you. hard to justify it when so many are having problems. must be why most of the pros are running helix.
I just got a new Solix from Hbird replacing my defunct Onix 10. i am having the same issue. transducer is clicking, temp is showing correctly, and it graphs sonar correctly and shows depth there, but...
Another follow up; bit the bullet and sent the Onix back to Humminbird. Had to pay $550 total but when i opened the box yesterday, they had replaced my Onix 10 with a new Solix 12! i honestly couldnt...
just to follow up, after a recent trip to the lake, onix 10 still doesnt read depth. looks like i will have to send it in for the humminbird techs to take a look at.
if you know what style you need, you can get a roll of it on amazon.
it worked for the first couple months with my US2 on my fortrex then all of a sudden one day it just stopped. i will try it on the water sometime soon tho.
i havent had it on the water since the last default reset and software upgrade but the transducer isnt making any noise. i have tried 3 different transducers with it. the latest is a brand new one...
Phisherman: yes $440 is what the service charge shows for this unit from humminbird service department.
capw: yes, sonar is on, i have reset to factory defaults more than once. still nothing. temp...
I have an Onix 10 gps/sonar touch that i cannot get to read depth. I have hooked it to my US2 in my fortrex. then to the transducer that came with the unit when i bought it. then to a brand new...
so after the update, finally got back on the water. everything works great except the touch and sonar return. shows depth but not charting returns on the sonar screen.
its pretty temperamental. the SI unit i sold worked 90% of the time. this one is like 20%.
