Only measure the inside roller. That set up is 3 items not one. Need new lock caps also for the rod. Get 3-4 of them

If the stock tires is D rated, and he puts on an E rated, the pressure on the trailer would not be accurate for the heavier tires

I bet there’s something in the bed of that truck that unload that boat and trailer is my guess if you look the big trailer is on some kind of dolly so the truck dragging it not carrying the weight
These tires might be heavier duty than what the trailer comes with so the pressures wouldn’t be correct if that’s the case
