What dash mount depth or in dash will work with transducer?

My boat had an in-dash humminbird. The transducer is still attached to rear boat floor. Will an older dash mount Eagle Ultra work with this transducer.

Weight in the rear is very important. I want it equal across the back. Im sure Champion engineered the weight to be equal across the rear.
