I ran a small hub 25 trophy that had bad holeshot when fully loaded and would hit rev limiter. But ran like 72 with powerpoles. Working on prop setup now. Some how I’ve lost a ton of speed

Buy a new pump cartridge. Prob has water in it if I were guessing.

Prop to pad measurements everyone? Trying to get mine dialed. 98 jag with merc 225efi atlas jackplate and trophy 26. I've seen 73.5 but it was chine walking bad and had to get out of it with lots...
