I installed an 80/24 Ultrex on my champion a couple weeks ago and took it out last weekend - everything worked great except I couldn't get my transducer to work and display sonar on my 2015 model 859...

Well I got the hole cut in no problem yesterday evening and after 2.5 hours of gouging and cutting foam (this stuff is tough!) with a pry bar and old filet knife i have uncovered the bottom of 2...

The wall i plan on making the cut is the only one that feels solid behind it - i guess thats all the foam. Thanks for your feedback!
