One thing to note:
Turn off option to switch to cellular data if wifi service is weak. It tends to switch often and will increase your cellular data usage.

my helix 10 will do the same thing, I found that if I turn my 2D In dash unit off (lowrance 520) the helix in SI mode will start responding almost immediately
