Well it still seems to be rising . Never installed a shut off or a fdv. Should I put the fdv before the tee going to both motors or just inline with the supply to the kicker .

Rebuild the fender . Fix what is needed with a fiberglass repair kit then line x the fender . Never have to worry about it breaking again then .
