Yup, seal was pushed back down and a retainer put on that covers half the seal. Pretty quick fix.

Why would they increase the side of the boat from carpet to top rail ? I liked the shorter rails for flipping, etc...even the C boat is still higher than other brands but still a good lay out.

Yea I drilled same 3'' hole in mine as I did the top lid so they would match up. No issues with mine.
