I have other trailers that I tow and they do not do this so it is specific to my boat trailer. It is a swing tongue so maybe that is a potential culprit too.

I upgraded my ghost handle for the T-H Marine one (I just used the handle) and it is a nice improvement. It only took a few minutes to swap out.
