Leo- How does the Caymas compare to the Lynx?
Give Sky's The Limit in Deepwater a call. They do excellent fiberglass work and could probably get to you pretty quick. 660-492-9024
Wide body Cougar is what I heard.
I had the Cabela's Guidewear for years, but have worn Gill for the last 4 and the Gill is the better suit by far. You will not get wet in it.
I would try rotating your transducer up one click and see if that helps.
I wouldn't want a touch screen Livescope unit. As much adjusting as I do during the day, it would be smeared and fingerprinted up constantly. Garmins are very user friendly and it takes only seconds...
You will not regret choosing Gill over the others. Your sizing should be just fine. Welcome to the Gill family.
Thanks. May try it tomorrow. Looks like it is down to 705.5.
Good info Gary. I may try this. Did you do any good yesterday? I need to get up there while the lake is down and mark stumps, but I've was in Colorado all last week and have been playing catch up...
Even with the ghost tree and blind spot, it still makes fishing a whole lot easier. It just is frustrating sometimes. I would pull the trigger now.
I just bought a 2020 F250 diesel two days ago to pull our 12,000 lb. fifth wheel. Came out of a 2014 F250 6.2. This one drives like a dream with the new 10 speed transmission. Taking it to the...
I was wondering if anyone is running the new 7.3 liter Ford motor. I'm in a 6.2 F-250 currently, but am curious about fuel economy and tow capacity on the 7.3.
Thanks Todd.
Updated my 1222 today with the latest version, but have not had it on the water yet. What steps do I need to do when I go? I've heard to return to factory default and then set my settings from there....
Garmin has been nothing but awesome as far as customer service goes with me. Sorry to hear about your experience. A friend had so much trouble with his unit ( he's on his fourth transducer) that they...
Even though people are unemployed, the government is still paying their wages. Most households will have the same amount of income, many even more unless Congress fixes the $600 mistake. I do think...
I've heard you need to do the update directly with an SD card and not through Active Captain.
I can see an alberto knot on mine.
I'm running 2 12" units on a '17 Puma. Got it from Cornfield Crappie and it is rock solid with lots of adjustment. Highly recommend them.
I know a lot of HB guys who are holding out buying Livescope because they think HB will come out with something like it. I think Garmin will always be the industry standard from here on out and stay...
I'm running a 1222 and have had no problems. Call The Bass Tank and they will set you up.
Second the Cornfield Crappie dual mount. I mounted a 1222 and an HDS12 on it and it is rock solid. I only use the HDS for mapping. With livescope you don't need anything else.
I bought the 1222 also. Had it out twice and no problems so far. Call the Bass Tank in Oklahoma.
A few days ago I saw that The Crappie Depot in Batesville Ms. had 3. Don't know if they still do. I just ordered mine from The Bass Tank in Ok. Should have it next week.
