That is about par for the course. What a slap in the face. There is no incentives in teaching. You can win teacher of the year and work 15 hour days and get nothing more than the teacher who is...

I had a Drotto on my old roller trailer. Absolutely the best investment I made on that boat. I am going to put it on my new bunk trailer for my Lund Pro V Bass. I am a little worried about the...
Thanks everyone! I was surprised it fit well length wise, but was close on height. I will check the bunks and see what I can do. I do have a couple inches, it just puckered my butt the first time...
I have heard a lot about the smell of Lucas. I have to buy some just to see what the smell is all about.
I have also heard good things about Hot Sauce and Bass Boat Saver. It sounds like they...
Thanks All,
With Black Friday pricing, it looks like they are only $4 difference. I may go with the Balzout. Looks like the popular choice. My tourney partner likes his Balzout.
I am mounting a Helix 12 on my bow. Which mount do you prefer?
Thanks!
Brought the new Lund home last night! It BARELY fit in the garage height wise. That Mercury Pro XS is a tall motor. I had about 2 inches. Puckered my butt a little since it was dark out when I...
Hey All,
I have a new Lund Pro V and just wondering what you all do for maintenance to keep it clean. I was reading another thread on here, but it talked a lot about glass boats and preserving...
Thanks a lot guys, this is going to be hard enough waiting without all the excitement and positive comments. Haha. My dealer sent pics throughout the day while they were rigging everything. That...
I just had one done 3 days ago. It was 34" in diameter and was $122.
You can still use a tilt bracket. My buddy has that on his Lund Pro V and another buddy on his Alumacradt. The dealer said no problem when we did the order. They work great on their boats.
Thanks so much. I am very excited. I would be more excited if I lived in Texas, Slicefixer!! Warm weather and giant bass. SCORE!!
Thanks Hydro! If Gussy can make it work with his off shore shenanigans, it should sure work for me!! If I fished all deeper lakes, a 60” would be perfect. I fish so many shallow lakes in Southern...
Thanks again everyone for all you input. I traded in my boat on a shiny new 2022 Lund Pro V Bass XS. :newyear: My dealer took delivery of the very first 2022 Lunds and I will be able to pick her up...
Well, I just posted this same question with the same boat and motor about a week ago. Hope you enjoy your boat. I get mine next week. I talked to some people and my dealer and decided to mount...
Thanks everyone. I ended up ordering the 52”. I wish I would have paid $2000 though!
I am putting Talons on a Lund Pro V bass. Is there any advantage to mounting them on the transom instead of on the jack plate? I had thought that mounting them wide on the transom might make them...
Hey All,
Putting an Ultrex on a Lund pro v bass. Fish mostly smaller lakes in shallow water with some offshore stuff as well. Also get to Mille Lacs and similar lakes a few times per season. ...
There is a smallmouth lake about 2 hours west of Rochester. The river can be awesome, but size will be less than what you are used to with Great Lakes fish. If you are at all interested in large...
Thanks everyone. Those are great replies and just what I wanted to hear.
Thanks again everyone. I am not overly concerned with speed. Would it be fun, sure, but mid 50’s is plenty for me. I will get passed in tourneys by some, but I am used to that. The layout is...
I am ordering a new boat and have to decide on shallow water anchors. My buddy has Talons. I like the 12 ft. Range, but with spot lock might not be necessary. Not sure what sticks up higher on...
I love the Rapala touchscreen tournament scale. My buddies and I all have them. They are reliable and easy to use. I love being able to see the numbered bins by number to cull your fish. I will...
I have to admit to not having experience in a lot of glass boats, but riding in my partners 1875 pro v bass is different than any other aluminum boat I have been in. It rides very smooth and great...
I have heard Waconda come up a few times. I need to give them a call. A trip south to grab the boat and do some fishing would be ok. As far as accessories, I looked at the breakdown on the...
