Rex has always been one of the best on Monroe, so glad to see he was the one who caught that fish.
According to bassfan, the winner caught all of his fish on a frog. No mention of FFS and his boat appears to only have 2 screens. Crazy Randy Blaukat world we're living in.
At a lot of schools like Purdue, the fishing team is an extracurricular activity and doesn't receive any help from the university other than allowing them to put their name on the jerseys. Its up to...
Sounds like the debate is settled. Good work Randy.
I know Todd is hard to listen to sometimes, but he put out a good video about FFS and co-anglers. The first few minutes is just about the boater co-angler dynamic in general, and I think it was...
The cat's going to eat that dog eventually. It keeps licking it to see how it tastes.

I recognized the shoreline in the video, and when I talked to JJ, he confirmed it was where I thought it was. Unfortunately I think this happens a lot on that river. A few farm pond fish could win...
The baskets were more than 50 miles from the ramp, so most of the tournament boats would not have seen them. It was an area that is easily accessible from the shore, so they might have had a buddy...
If Creed wins and Hill finishes second, both RCR cars get in the final 4. Not sure why the team is pissed at Creed for trying to win. And not sure why Hill fought so hard to keep him from winning...
All of the latches lock except for the livewells. The locks are very weak and can be broken with your bare hands though. Something like a lock-r-bar would be more secure.

Dave Mercer said "And now for something completely different, Jason Christie bass fishing" as they showed Christie flipping shallow grass.
I would like to see pictures or video or some other evidence of the DNR spraying the grass at Patoka. Its hard for me to believe the DNR would go to any effort or expense to do anything like that.
I'm running a 23 fury 4 on a 920 elite with a 250 mercury 4 stroke. I have all of the vent holes plugged. You will probably need to raise your motor about an inch from where you had it for the 3...

Whatever pitch your Fury 3 is, that's what you should run in a Fury 4. I assume you have a Mercury 250 4 stroke. If so, 24 pitch is what you want.
Raising the jackplate will reduce chine walk. Running a Fury 4 prop will lower top end speed by a couple mph, but chine walk will go away.
Poche just trying to fish on the other side of the jetty.
Put the prop on the motor, tighten the nut.
I'm an engineer, so I'll type slowly. "Energy" when talking about bullets refers to kinetic energy. An object must be moving to have kinetic energy. The mathematical formula for kinetic energy is...
There is a lot of grass on the main lake, some visible some not. It will probably take a few years for the fish population to rebound though. The little fish need all the cover they can get to hide...
Respect for the guy leading the tournament. Professionals.
My last boat had that from the previous owner. I just took a file and rounded the edges so cracks wouldn't form and it was good for the 6 years I owned it.
