Maybe but we have seen numerous times before where similar situations occurred and the end result so I can understand the driver being scared/ reluctant if he knew had hadn't done anything wrong.

Okay but still a competition and strategy is involved still. You have to be able to make you slap count depending on your opponents size, stance, neck strength, etc...
