most 3/4" round over router bits are 1/2" shank, you can find a 1/4 shank on amazon but have to be carful and cut slow ,most 1/4" shank routers are not made to handle that large of a cut

that charger does put out 14.6 and most AGM/Lithium chargers will put out 14.4 to 14.6 volts but you will not see that on the terminals until the battery is full and right before the charger cuts off...
there is no issues adding a 3rd lithium later, it could be 2 years later and you would still see no difference other than the cycles and end life of the others ending before the one you added
