How do you check the main relay? I was told you are supposed to be able to hear it click when the key is turned. I cannot hear anything coming from that area when the key is turned.

It acts like it is getting too much fuel and flooding. When I took the air box off the front of the engine it had fuel running out the bottom of it.
Little update. The engine will start if you give it gas while you try to start it. It will not idle and if it shuts off you have to wait a few minutes before it will start again. Any ideas
