Looks like the same color scheme as my 2020. You're gonna love it! I absolutely love mine.

I use this. I have a pop socket on my phone anyways. Stayed put even in 3+ footers on Erie.

I absolutely love mine. Runs like a dream and hasn't had an issue other than a 4 beep alarm that was a bad throttle sensor. Didn't affect the way it ran at all, just threw an alarm. Fixed the week...
I would revise this to be as a mapping unit wherever you use mapping and sonar together the most. If you primarily search for structure at the console I'd put it there, but if you primarily search...
You did wire up the entire NMEA network correct? You should have a T and drop cable for the TI2, a T and drop cable for the Gateway, a T hooked up to 12v power and a terminator resistor on each end...
You can do sidescan, downscan and 2d sonar with a TI2 unit. It will not work with 3d structure scan module (no ethernet). You need to have the AI 3in1 transducer to use sidescan, an HDI transducer...
I don't have a Ghost, but on my Terrova it works pretty well. Like secdawgs said, it does give some weirdness when the motor turns, but moving along it actually does pretty decent. Images can get a...
He ran it already. See the thread below.

Actually I think the only difference is that the XS has 8 PVS holes and the FS has 4. I don't think there are any other differences in them including the hub length.
No problem.
There are a few out there you can buy.
One from RMP here... https://www.russellmarineproducts.com/product-p/rmp-tmm-tsac.htm
One from Precision Sonar here......
Thanks!
I had thought of that, but it got awfully close to the prop and I don't go in many rough terrain areas. It's a multi-species rig, so typically the bottom of the boat hits something...
It truly is incredible what you can learn here! Gonna go run that program and see how much damage I can do ha.
I get that. Cimco Editor runs the actual gcode. It is separate from Mastercam. It will run backplot and solids verify independent of Mastercam. I've attached a picture, I got curious and tried...
I love mine. Get some pretty dang good images off of them.

Got my ducer mounted and ran it this weekend. Having side scan at the front was great and actually got pretty dang good images, little distortion when turning, but I expected that, I was very...
Carbon units can run Live Sight and Active target as well. They are also still getting software updates.
Vericut is one of the big ones for simulating g code. Sticker shock may be an issue though, pretty sure it can run up to $30k. That's the only one I've had experience with.
Mastercam should come...
No more software updates for the TI2's. Elite FS discontinued the TI2. I have 2 TI2's and love them. Don't need updates for them personally, they work great as is with the latest updates.
NMEA 2000. You'll need the full network for it to work. If you don't have any NMEA200 in your boat now, you would need an NMEA starter kit and a T and 2' (depending on how you setup the backbone)...
Exactly. I'm not a big guy by any means (5'10" and 220lbs) but the room in my Allure is awesome. New it's a bit above 25-30K but you should be able to find a 186 or 205 used for cheaper. There are...
Could also look into a multi-species rig. Little slower, but lots of room to stretch out.
Can't speak to your boat and motor combo, but thinking about it logically. They say for going from a Tempest plus to a Bravo you add 1 pitch, the selector told you 21-22 pitch Tempest Plus and...
Personally would say Lithium. Lighter, longer run time, much longer life and some even have 10 year warranties, they hold their voltage really low in the discharge so you can use them down to like...
One thing to check as well. If you have it mounted with screws, check if the screws are magnetic. I have heard of guys using regular steel screws and it causing interference, switching to stainless...
