I think the range is described as minimum and maximum (not low and full). The middle of the range is where the correct amount of oil brings you to.

This is monthly topic. To cut to the chase... Most of the folks who have problems with RTs getting water in their compartments don't have them. Those that store outside uncovered accumulate water...

Not too sure that is intended to be dry storage, no gaskets or liner. I use it for things that get wet - ropes, anchors, marker buoys, etc. Since it isn't water / air tight the compartment...
Stable. Moving around upfront, no movement. Stable in the back unless someone stands on the corner. A little movement there. As Bill Dance would say... "Don't do that!"
Rod box. Takes up zero space. Is useful to have.
