Has anyone used Evinrude xd-100 in a pro xs? They are both direct injection outboards, just curious if there’s an issue with using it.

Just had it reworked, after a lower unit replacement. Never blew out before, but I know the tempests are notorious for being sketchy out of the box....

If I ease into the throttle it will plane quickly, if I get on it I have blowout and it loses “push”. I have 3 medium plugs right now. Prop to pad is 2 3/4.

I’m having issues with blowout while trying to get on plane. ‘07 294 xl with an ETEC 200ho. 26p tempest plus. How should I set up the pvs holes?

It's probably coming from the tank vent. I have the same boat, and I can occasionally smell it from there.

+1 that's what I use, and as they melt take the bottles out of the live well.

I just got a Lund 16' with a Merc 60 four stroke that came with a beat up aluminum prop and I'd like to replace it with a SS prop. Any suggestions?
