Thanks wondering myself
I am interested in the amped outdoors 32ah also to power just the 126sv echomap only. How many hours you think I might get out of the battery I run my backlight on the brighter side maybe 90 percent....
Thanks for the video big Jim looking to buy that chip
I also got the 126sv echomap and don’t keep my traps on the boat. I really like the unit and the snap in cradle very easy to install at the ramp. Might still be on sale at bass pro and Cabela’s
Thanks for the link to the video we’re interested
Nice fabrication work the Solix it’s a tight fit on RT boats I found out myself.
I didn’t think I would like the cradles but I like them also because I don’t keep my graphs on the boat. When I bought the 126sv the salesperson told me the 10 inch unit would be better up front for...
I was all set to buy the 1222 this year also talked to people that had them and they recommended them for livescope. The 126sv and the 1222 were about the same price at that time and I wasn’t sure...
I stayed at Greenlee may springs right on the lake in a cabin and it was nice. They have a couple of ramps one is right by the cabins and they also have a small marina and about 5 cabins.
I hear that the ramp in Astor on the St. John’s is now open according to a crappie fisherman on crappie.com he also posted a picture and some information.
I am sure others that know a lot more about the St. John’s than I do will check in. I am on the Harris chain this year but will be back to Astor maybe January to see friends and will post what I see...
I was in Astor yesterday and the ramp at south moon is still closed and Parramores fish camp the water is just slightly over the wood planks at the wet slips.
Thanks Rich me and the wife will get out and try and catch a few even though we’re not great bass fishermen but we have some fun trying
I was at Parramores fish camp in Astor last week and the water was way over the boat slips couldn’t even see the wood deck. The fishermen said the water is receding very slow also seen a sign at...
Yes all 3 slides out gives a little extra room to move around. The 10 foot kayak barley fits between the slides but looks like it will ride fine there. The one on the bed gets a ratchet strap hooked...
Sail switch is a easy cheap place to start as mentioned sometimes they just need a cleaning maybe 2 screws holding it in place
We took 2 12 foot kayaks to Florida last year and stored them on the bed and strapped them down. It was a hassle because of the length but we did it. We since sold the 12 footers and bought two 10...
Inflatables life jackets must me worn in Ohio also
We have 2 onyx’s I think A/M 32 model they seemed to fit the best. They have been in rod lockers and in the truck for extended time and no problems
When I feel the need to lock mine up I use a heavy duty chain and padlock and run it through tie rim and frame. I know it can be cut with a grinder but even the best bolt cutters would struggle
I bought my boat from Dixie and have been happy with there service. I thought I was having a problem once and Rudy said can you bring it in tomorrow I did and it was mostly user error on my part. I...
We also think the Roth is a good idea gives you a few more options down the road we are also trying to out my wife’s SS early or late. Early thinking was late but starting to think early now if this...
My wife is 57 just retired last year no income for a while I have social security and a couple small pensions not nearly enough. Had a few Monte Carlo done and things long good on paper. Things we...
At a car show one day and found these super light white generic dust covers with elastic edges. They work great for dust covers on my boat in the garage.
I have had one for 7 years without any problems glad I chose that option
