no horn just seems like it runs out of gas but let off and its fine get back up running same thing thanks.
21xd 300xs motor runs fine everything works good, until I get to about 88 or 89 mph, acts like it wants to shut down, I have to let off a little then it will go again, its not at the rev limiter....
