Just to close the loop on this thread. I was finally able to get my hands on the thermostat (part #825212A1) this weekend and it is in fact stamped 60C (140F) on the bottom.

As others have already shown, you will want to mount it on the "Step" below the transom. Depending on your Tracker's year/model, the livewell/drain fittings will dictate if the left or right side...

+1 on the Maxxis 8008. I just put a new set (175/80r13) on my trailer and I'm very impressed so far. I was able to find them online at under $60 bucks each.
