I use there method, no longer wrapping during the cook only in the warming oven. I wrap it in foil and stays in warming oven for a minimum of 4 hours.

I’ve had a few side x side UTV’s but CanAm’s 6x6 can best handle the mountains in my area. Obviously the con for most there is no protection from weather but like the feel of open trail riding.
