I found one and they said 2 weeks but I'm not holding my breath
Does anyone know of a place that has a Mega 360 Fortrex in stock?
I know it's a long shot as most places are out of stock until late May.
Thanks!
I know a ton of guys who have the same issue so maybe it is the software and the update fixed it. Hopefully at least!
Thanks for the suggestion on checking the software update.
I will check that out tonight.
Thanks!
Good Morning Everyone,
I have been having an issue with my 360 lately.
Some days it will connect with my front and rear graphs and some days it won't.
I am thinking that it is a bad connection...
For me it is condition/lake specific.
On certain bodies of water I notice they bite a smaller rig better and some bodies of water I seem to do better with a larger rig.
Also the blades or no blades...
Palaniuk uses them and has done a ton of videos
A little less known company but great rod. The DSR is the only one I've used.
Alpha Angler DSR beats any rod that I have ever used.
I am the same way and dropshot 90% of the time.
The only time I don't use this rod for dropshotting is when I am near grass or around docks and...
Brown Dog Tackle
Little pricey for sure but I use them for my Megabass jerkbaits, expensive crankbaits and terminal tackle.
For terminal tackle they're worth every penny. All my hooks stay in one place and the...
Cayuga, Oneida & Erie
I appreciate it! It'll be nice not having to do much work with all the wiring too
Ahh, gotcha. I appreciate it!
I don't think hole shot will be an issue if I go with a heavier trolling motor.
I think the increase in weight of the trolling motor will offset the weight of an extra battery.
I also don't have a...
I agree its probably overkill but I fish the St. Lawrence and Niagara River a lot and I think having too much trolling motor would be nice as opposed to my setup now.
Thanks for the reply!
I'm not worried about space with the back of my Z-7 having plenty of room for another battery. (They didn't layout the back of the boat in the most efficient way possible)
Good to know that you...
Little too expensive for me I think but I appreciate it
Good to know, I fish the St. Lawrence a lot so I can't expect it to hold up in that current all day but good to know I should be alright
So I am toying with the idea of changing the trolling motor on my Z-7 instead of buying a newer boat with an Ultrex
I would be replacing the original Maxxum 70 with an Ultrex.
Currently the Maxxum...

Boatlife caulk for fiberglass worked great on my Nitro
dobyns 795sb champion series medium heavy fast swimbait rod
normally $230 on sale for $110
As far as I know the only bay without a 5mph limit is Sodus Bay where it is a 5 mph within 1000' from shore
I still stop way short of 1000' because the flooding is pretty bad
Glad to hear Cayuga still worked even with the wind!
Hopefully today is treating you better with the weather
I usually am in the $100 range for rods as well but I spent the money on an Alpha DSR ($295) and it was worth every penny
I am up in Upstate NY and the sensitivity and fast tip on this rod is...
