This is Gene with the HPDI 225 (Fall Creek Marina). It's time to check the head bolts. Is there anything I need to know about get to the bolts under the fuel racks?

my fuel was 91 due to 10% blend in Reg. I used ring free and stabilizer. Every time I went fishing I top off with 6 gals. I don't know what the real problem is, however I suspect a piston problem.

I have a 203 3.3 225 Hpdi, It blew with 63 hrs. total. It had all the updates. I'm hearing they had piston problems. cast not forged. I don't know if they changed them until the series II.

I haven't researched the difference yet, however I'm sure the oil pump is one along with the block and pistons.
