No doubt it's a factor...BUT, in essence half the country is paying for the healthcare of the other half not to mention all the associated costs of not being able to turn away millions upon millions...

40 year mortgages are already available. Every time I go to a boat show the last few years the advertised payments were based on 20 year loans. Times are changing before our eyes.
