As I recall you also have to enable it in the gauge to show up when you scroll through the different screens as well as having the sensor.

For real protection get a drop in, no comparison if you are hauling stuff that can damage the bed, much lower cost, the rust issue with current trucks doesn't exist.

That is what I used to lift my 150 recently, you will need a mount for the lift ring, I got mine from Marine Tech tools, worked great.
