I do have a Lews I bought a few years ago and still use it for deep cranking. Very good reel and very forgiving!

I once found 5 jugs with bass attached with a metal stringer and a small area netted off so they couldn't leave that small area. I traveled to water I rarely go so to try some new spots to fish. BTW...
