He is talking steering tube. On a 2 stroke the powerhead, gearcase and midsection hast to come off.

Try unplugging the switch on the engine see if it stops.

It goes on front top of the vst tank.

It is a shift switch, mometery cuts spark for shifting in and out of gear.

What screens on the injectors? There are screens [filters] on efi injectors.

The 115 pro xs opti is a 3 cylinder engine, the old 115 2 strokes are 4 cylinder engines.

Parts look up shows two, BP8H-N-10 and BPZ8H-N-10

A bad air injector will not set an alarm, make sure your engine oil tank is full.

That is it, have to pull trim sender on the port side.

Check your trim tilt pin bushings, they tend to get hammered out. If not it is your steering tube bushings
and to replace you have to pull gear case, powerhead and motor mounts.

It is the same, different label.

If it is a EFI it will record hours.

There are none on your 2 stroke. Vid is a 4 stroke.

There are two impellers for that engine. Take it apart if it is a mercury part
there will be a part number on it.
