Use silicon spray. D-40 will gum up and get sticky. I fixed my problem but still can’t find the valve

Anybody know where the empty / dump valve is located on the live well? I have 2 levers. One to recirculate or pump out. One to open and close. It will not open. Thanks

I’m upgrading from a 150 VMax to a 2018 200 Sho. Currently running 56 Fully loaded. What speed can I expect with the upgrade? Any helpful info would be appreciated. I have a 6 in manual jack plate...
