Yes, I have a a Turb TXP 23 on order, after reading all these post I'm thinking that should be the problem.
Current Setup:
20' H Xpress Bass
175 Yamaha SHO
6" Manual Jack Plate
3.5" Center of shaft below pad
Power Tech OFX3R23PCL200 23pitch prop
WOT 4900 RPM (4900 is about max without the boat...
