I own a 1999 Javelin R20 w 225ho so my opinion is probably biased. I bought it new and it is still doing very well for me. I have not owned a stratos but do like them as well. hard choice...

How difficult is it to replace? Drop lower unit it looks like. This is for the speedo. I purchased a new one but it looks like it may take awhile to install.

Ran across a little sand and it took the paint of the keel like taking a rag and wiping it off. Where can I get some paint to match and would I be safe just spraying it on? Thanks
