When I had my weber gas grill before I got my Rec tec, I would take a couple of handfuls of wood chips and wrap them with tin foil and set them right on top of the flavoriser bar

I crossed the bridges up in dc today and it was a disaster. Floaters, chocolate milk water, flooded over the sea walls. The weather guy on TV said it will be blowing from the east most of the week...
