i put a couple of wholes...
Thanks I might try that...although it isn't coming loose around the edges...a large bass was able to knock the rubber plugs loose and get through in between the plexiglass pieces.
i might try...
The divider I have is not permanent...I dont want to seal it in place. It has two plexiglass peices that get held together when I want the livewell divided.
Does anyone else have this system in...
What type of dividers do your Tritons have?
I have an 18SE...it has two plexiglass pieces that get placed across the center of the livewell with holes that line up for putting rubber plugs in. I...
Anyone ever heard of this happening...?
my speed on my sonar is accurate showing 50+ mph, while my regular speedometer is way off...it only goes up after a little while and does so very slowly,...
I have the 18se, which is the exact same boat without some of the additional cosmetics.
With an Optimax pro XS 150 I get 59-60 with just me, gear and half a tank. With two people, gear, full tank...
Just had my boat in for service (turned out to be a battery issue). Took it out on the lake and the speedometer doesn't work. Would they have disconnected something while charging my battery?
No information on that site...and no email address to ask anyone...also last post was April?
A 4 a year ago...haven't been on a course since then...probably more like a 7 now.
Anyone know of a Lanier based fishing club. I am a member of a club that fishes lakes all over the north GA and AL area. The club fishes a different lake once each month. Due to family, Boy and Girl...
Once you get it dialed in it is rare you need to adjust it...Hydraulic is definitely NOT worth the money!
I tried to order a lake map from this company in March. They said they had it in stock and it would be 1 week. At the same time I ordered a different lake map from omnimap. The omnimap showed up in 5...
I have the same boat...turning a tempest plus 23 (worked to around a 22) and trophy plus 21 up to 5800 RPMs...58- 60 mph...you won't get 60-65 out of that boat...it's a very large boat for an 18.5...
That's because Ranger makes so much money off everyone else, they give the pros boats...Cheap advertising!
I think I am starting to dial it in now...or have it dialed in for my Trophy plus 21 prop. I set the height to 2 & 3/4 below pad and hit 5750-5800 RPMs, 58.5 mph, 16 psi water pressure and pretty...
I am getting some bow lift. And yes, I am running a 150 pro xs.
I have a Triton 18SE (same hull as the 18XS) that I am trying to get set up properly. I have a Tempest 23" that Mark Croxton blue printed and worked to a 22". It is set at slightly less than 3 inches...
I need to add a rod strap to the driver side of my front deck. Anyone have suggestions about a good brand to use? Does anyone know where I can get the kind that came with my Triton?
I'm sending it today
Yes, and the SE (special edition) is the xs hull without the paint choices, second console, wood grain interior. The one I bought had the rest of those options added to it, so those three were really...
I think the water pressure was around 17-18 (i will have to look again next time out)...temperatures were air = mid 60s and water in low 50s....I had a full tank of gas (43 gallons), just me my front...
Will raising it up a little help at all? Can it be worked down in pitch a little? Or should I look to get a 22 tempest?
I have an 18SE, which is the same hull as the 18xs, just without some of the extras and window dressing (like wood grain interior).
I love mine. So stable and smooth ride in chop. A very wide...
Yes. And it has been checked to make sure it is getting full throttle.
It is new with only around 20 hours, but I was told it should be past break in period.
