Thanks for the advise. Surprised how under-powered the Minn Kota are. My Nitro 591 had Motor-Guide 70lb thrust, same size as the Z7, and had plenty of power. Much faster and no issues in lite weeds.

The prop is in excellent condition. Outboard has just over 10hrs. I never drive it without a jack plate prior to purchasing last December.

I bought a 2015 Z7 end of last year with a 175 XS pro 24 pitch Tempest plus, large PVC plugs. Added a 8" jack plate, motor 3" under pad, when at WOT 5,500 RPM not getting enough bow lift I think....
